Miami Calling: How to plan a congress that will be remembered
Perfect congress planning requires precision, creativity and strong congress management – which is exactly what our recent congress in Miami impressively demonstrated.
In just three days, we realised over 800 meetings in perfectly equipped breakout rooms and used particularly innovative stage technology in the plenary session to create an immersive experience.
In addition to the content highlights, the event management offered an extraordinary supporting programme:
A glamorous evening on a breathtaking mega yacht, inspired by Cuban flair, delighted the guests across the board. The yacht was adorned with authentic decorations that perfectly reflected the lively, tropical ambience of Cuba. A culinary highlight awaited the participants in an excellent steak restaurant run by an award-winning chef – a true feast for connoisseurs that not only offered culinary delights, but also impressed with excellent service and a breathtaking atmosphere.
Coordination and targeted networking
Special attention was paid to smooth logistics and precisely thought-out participant coordination. The challenge of efficiently networking a high-calibre audience from different countries and creating a pleasant, inviting atmosphere at the same time was successfully mastered thanks to tailor-made meeting management at the highest level, creating real added value for everyone involved – both for the participants and the organisers.
Space for fresh ideas
The networking aspect was by no means neglected: in exclusive lounges and specially designed networking areas, participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, make new contacts and establish valuable partnerships in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. These special meeting spaces not only promoted the exchange of knowledge, but also the creation of new ideas and co-operations.
The successful combination of a sophisticated specialist programme and first-class experiences made the congress in Miami an event that set standards in every respect. It was more than just an event – it was an extraordinary experience that all participants will remember for a long time to come!
