Best of Events International in Dortmund is the leading trade fair for experience marketing and is aimed primarily at event agencies and organizers, tourist companies such as the hotel industry and gastronomy but also automotive industry and event technology. But insurance companies, banks and public areas, film, radio and television also benefit from the comprehensive service offerings and developments of the many exhibitors around event planning and services.

Numerous exhibitors offer in particular solutions for catering concepts, event consulting, development and management, destinations, locations and trade fair construction. In addition, there are some providers for rental furniture such as tents, furniture and decorations, performance and entertainment offers, and future-oriented techniques and software at the fair.

A highlight on the evening of the first day of the show is the legendary BOE night. Here not only the BEA-/INA-Awards is awarded for creative and successful live communication, it offers also a good mix of networking, lifestyle and entertainment.

Visitors to the BOE can get specialist knowledge at the trade fair and benefit from conceptual success recipes as well as new contacts. In addition, the BOE brings young talent into contact with future employers.

This year’s motto “Experiencing Great Moments” has taken us to the occasion to gather inspiration at the fair, to continue spinning ideas, to revive old contacts and to find new contacts.
